Simply half an hour. Half an hour of your time to get in, get focused -get energetic -and get out. This class is a gateway to transforming your body. It is a HIIT based workout to push you to complete muscular failure. You’re here because you wanna be so push to your limits and crank up the effort. We set the scene. Sound, lighting, vibe – you choose your intensity (under out watchful eye of course). We don’t believe in fitness trends and following the crowd. Our workouts are one of a kind and focus on a combination of interval and cardio based training to develop stamina, break barriers and sculpt the body you’ve always wanted.

This interval (HIIT) based class will get your heart racing. The short bursts of exercise can push your body so far out of its comfort zone that your metabolism is sped up for up to 24 hours after leaving the gym, pretty cool huh!

The class will focus on anaerobic and aerobic training, and without getting too much into the boring stuff – the mixture will confuse your body and keep your heart health at optimal levels. A healthy heart means a healthy you, and our trainers want to train the healthiest you.

Finally, the combination of training styles keeps your body guessing and ensures you continue building muscle alongside torching calories. So if you’re afraid of losing muscle, there’s no need.

Move a little faster, work a little harder, look and feel a LOT better. Oh…and don’t forget your water bottle – you’re going to need it!

Lifting weights doesn’t just mean “get bulky” and we want to educate you:
If lifting heavy is your goal then of course we’ve got you covered, but we’re still lovers of higher rep work. We appreciate the value of both and can help you achieve either. That’s our beauty; we’re open-minded and know our stuff!
Lifting weights IS safe. With our guidance we’ll work on dialling in your technique before helping you pick weights that you can handle.
Lifting weights WILL make you strong, not just in body but in mind.

Run 

We’re proud to offer our signature run class. ‘Run’ is open to all abilities and is quite simply a 5 or 10k run that we will work on weekly to continuously improve your running aptitude.

The idea is basic yet effective; we set a clock and you attempt to improve your running time weekly. The routes are handpicked to be smooth and enjoyable with no awkward equipment to use and did we mention it’s free? There are no confining costs, you don’t even have to be a member, AND you can bring a friend along (furry or otherwise) – what have you got to lose?

The plethora of classes that we offer all have an aligned interest, so if you’re looking to shake up your training regime then be assured that they will all complement your running technique. The different classes focus on training a multitude of different muscles – including those smaller stabilising ones that aid in strengthening your joints to ultimately make you a better runner.

Whether you’re looking to do a marathon, run around Admirals Park or even improve your sprinting technique (on the off chance of a zombie apocolypse) then get down to Training Space at 9 a.m on Sundays for a smooth run.
