Now don’t let these words intimidate you – whilst we are passionate, we are also realistic. Everyone has to start somewhere, and that is the beauty of our training space. It is effectively a playground whereby we can support and watch your health and fitness develop.
We have always wanted to show people a way of training that is different, effective and enjoyable. We simply want to get the best out of you!
It doesn’t matter if you’re an elite athlete, a bodybuilder, a man or a woman, you’re retired or if you’ve never been near a gym before. If you want to train then we want to train you.

Our purpose is simple. Provide workouts that involve sweat (plenty of it) and hard work, but also to create an ideal setting for this to take place. It has always been our goal to create a space that motivates, innovates and is buzzing with energy.
Our theory is simply that if you are in a positive environment and are motivated, then you will excel and be able to push boundaries daily!
Training Space is more than a gym. There’s no quick fix gimmicks, no stress, no drama– just passionate like-minded people. It is an environment where people can chill, hangout, workout and focus on growing and sharing. Learning how to move and train more effectively and pushing past those self-imposed mental and physical limits.

This philosophy is what has motivated us to create Training Space. Our workouts have been programmed to promote improved health and movement in day-to-day life. We don’t believe in fitness fads, we believe in results. The exercises within our programming simulate those involved in daily functions hence the focus on functional training aswell as lifting for improved strength and definition; because lets face it, looking good feels great!
Our trainers will push you out of your comfort zone. When you don’t think you’ve got the energy to get through that last rep, we’ll show you that you can. It’ll be tough, you’ll be gasping for air, but it’ll be oh-so worth it once you notice your body building muscle and shredding fat.
Society expects you to sit in the same position all day everyday – well it’s time to change up your mechanics a little. Let’s make training exhilarating, unique, stimulating – let’s go primal. Push things, pull things, throw things. Use muscles you forgot you had when hunched over behind your desk!
We believe you should be training for life and that your time at the gym should compliment and improve your lifestyle. This is why we’ve incorporated our personal take on functional training into classes.
Lifting weights also has huge athletic value, so of course we’ve thrown some of that in there too. People seem to have this misconception that weights are scary and if you’re not an expert don’t even bother. Oh, so you’re not an Olympic Weightlifter? Well that’s great, because you don’t need to be! We’re here to coach you through the technical stuff.
You name it, we’ve probably got it; barbell weights, a running track, plate loading machines, cables, tyres, kettlebells, prowler, atlas stones, battle ropes, open space, skiiers, asault bikes and much more.
This mixing pot of training styles is what makes us unique; we’ve done our research, we know what works. All you have to do is turn up with a good attitutude, and you can leave the “science-y” programming to us.
